We are delighted to bring our Autumn/Winter programme In Conversation to Clifden in Connemara.
Throughout cultures and centuries, the string quartet has held a fascination in music for composers. This concert invites you to explore its many voices with us – some familiar and some rarely heard – from a myriad of European cultures in conversation with the incredible work of Irish composers.
Join us for the third of our four repertoire programmes this season, One sea, two shores where we explore Malta’s island voice, shaped by the currents that passed through its harbours, speaking to the Spanish heat across the Meditteranean and joined by the Irish work by composer Rhona Clarke.
No booking is required. Admission is Pay-As-You-Can Contribution €5-€15. Cash or card payment available.
Come on this journey with us. Help us make many generations of musicians and music lovers in Galway and beyond.
