We are delighted to bring our Autumn/Winter programme In Conversation to Inverin.
Throughout cultures and centuries, the string quartet has held a fascination in music for composers. This concert invites you to explore its many voices with us – some familiar and some rarely heard – from a myriad of European cultures in conversation with the incredible work of Irish composers.
Join us for the final of our four repertoire programmes this season, Across the River Sûre where we explore the Belgian tradition, fusing structure with warmth, in dialogue with a rare hearing of Luxembourghish quartet writing alongside the contemporary work of Irish composer Deirdre McKay.
No booking is required. Admission is Pay-As-You-Can Contribution €5-€15. Cash or card payment available.
Come on this journey with us. Help us make many generations of musicians and music lovers in Galway and beyond.
